“Very fast service. It could have been better if the prices were higher to get more from our books. I have scheduled for pick up but nobody came to pick it up instead I need to deliver to Envri location point. Not very nice.”

“webuybooks is a last resort when I have not managed to sell a book on Amazon, Ebay or local bookshops first. The main reason is the vast and frankly indecent gap between the price at which a book sells on Amazon (say £70) and the price webuybooks offers - around £2! That's a margin of several thousand percentage points! The second reason is the rejection of so many book titles - why not offer something?”

“They purchase books for £6.22, and then list them on eBay for £67.37. That’s one heck of a mark up.”

“While prices offered for some books can be pretty low and somewhat bemusing, yet there is no obligation to sell. When fair prices are offered and a sale is agreed upon, then everything runs smoothly and payment is prompt. I would happily do business with Webuybooks again. Which is why I give them 5/5.”

“I have sold books via WeBuyBooks on many occasions. The service is very efficient and your books are very quickly checked and payment is made in a timely manner. If you do have a query and need to call them, the staff are very helpful.”

“The scanning was very easy, thought the communication when the books arrived with yourselves could have been a little clearer ie said received but my thought was ‘and now what’ - did then get another email to say payment processed. Very straightforward. I don’t think the price paid for the books was fair (17p for hardbacks - hence 3 stars) but prevented them from going to landfill.”

“An efficient site to sell books. All you need is a mobile and a box. They literally do everything. No uploading photos, no waiting to see if someone wants to buy it, no traipsing down to the post office; Webuybooks do it all. You only decide if you're happy with the price they're offering, and pack them in a box if you are. Super easy.”

“Gave 5 stars. Package was collected when said. Very quick response to say that they had received my items and arranged payment direct to my bank same day. Excellent and thank you”

“Easy to use app and scanning of the books, maps etc was quick and simple. Value of the items was low and you have to accumulate minimum £5 before they will accept the bundle, however, most of the others are the same. Payment one week later.”

“Hassle free service. This is the second time I’ve used their service and I highly recommend it. It’s so easy to arrange and you’re paid within 8 days of the moment you box your books and they’re collected. Highly recommended.”

“Probably the best of the online book buying sites. Great barcode scanning app and quite good prices paid . Free postage to send items. Prompt payment. They do reject some items for sometimes very minor damage, with no room for discussing this with them, and a charge if you want them back. Overall though, recommended. Better than the others.”
