“It is easy to scan and sell items and send parcels. Payment was made quickly. My only complaint is that the amount paid is usually very small but I guess it is better than nothing.”

“Dont use. Sent books got message saying been paid.checked bank not there. Sent message to them not even answered.that was 3 weeks ago.”

“We Buy Books were fine and did what they said and paid the price they quoted. The problem is they use Evri as their courier who twice lied that they had tried to collect the books and in the end didn't turn up at all! We had to take the books to a drop-off point. Change your courier!”

“Not impressed - got £5.50 for 24 books and then used the opposition the following week and got £5.51 for 10! Website is a nightmare to use - doesn't recognise ISBN numbers which come up on other sites and if they don't want the book you have to manually go back to the insertion section.”

“Checked item contents twice before sealing box so I know everything was in there. Company claimed most of it was missing or damaged (conveniently anything they had offered me more than pennies for) this took 80% off the price offered. Avoid!!!”

“Pleasantly surprised at the service webuybooks offers. Previously I have given away- or donated - paperback books that I have read but in these hard times it is nice to be able to recoup some money to spend on more books! Efficient service and prompt payment - recommend.”

“I have used WBB several times now and have found them to be fantastic. Why? 1. wonderful customer service, where everyone I have spoken to has been helpful and great post-conversation emails. 2. When one of my boxes was missing, WBB compensated me 3. The App is an easier way to scan, my only criticism is that sometimes the scanning on the App can be slow, which means that on several occasions books were missing 4. Speedy payments”
