“The app is easy to use, just scan the bar code with your smartphone and you get a price for the item you are selling. My only issues with the business have been with their chosen delivery partner, Evri. I have had a parcel refused at the drop off point for being "too heavy" (it wasn't), meaning I had to then give up a day to wait in the house for collection. Then delivery to WBB is incredibly slow, sometimes taking over a week, which is frustrating when you are waiting for payment. When I have spoken to the staff at WBB they have been helpful and polite.”

“Did what it said on the tin but I was disappointed that some really good books I wanted to sell they didn't accept . Still managed thought to get rid of some that I hadn't expected them to take. All worth giving it a try though.”

“Excellent service from Webuybooks. Very helpful staff. I sold them my dvds and cds successfully. They are very choosy re. books tho. Their carriers left a lot to be desired, but Webuybooks are solid in their support for a successful outcome. Would definitely deal with them again.”

“I have used we buy books for a long time now and I have also used some of the competitors and I can honestly say that selling books DVDs and CDs has never been easier than with we buy books there's no printer needed with all the other firms I used to use ziffit, musicmagpie and momox there's been issues with each of those I've never had an issue with we buy books the first competitor setting the items off isn't easy the second one is dishonest and steals from the clients and the third one doesn't distribute in the UK anymore but I can honestly say that despite those issues with the other firms I've never had an issue with we buy books if anything we buy books has got better and better over the years. It really is simple you scan your items get a box from a supermarket or a store they'll usually give you these for free. Carefully packages up take the box up confirm that your order and you'll be given a you'll be given a link via email for you to just scan you scan that inside a Hermes parcel shop which are everywhere where I am and then it prints off a sticky label which you put on your package you hand it to the person behind the counter telling your name and stuff they'll give you a slip of paper wait a week or two and by the end of the second week you should have been paid if you haven't you just ring them up and they will check on the order it's as easy as saying your ABCs show other people might pay slightly more but for a hassle free easy way of decluttering your unwanted items I really wouldn't use anyone else it's not worth the time spent to use anyone”
