“Used We Buy Books 3 times happy with their service but some of my parcels went missing on two occasions once collected by Evri! We buy books honoured their offer though so all was ok in the end. Will use again”

“App was very easy to use, everything was collected as arranged and customer service were super-helpful when I had a couple of queries. Progress was easy to track, and payment arrived promptly. I would definitely recommend WeBuyBooks and use them again!”

“The app was very easy to use, as was generating a postal label. Once they received the books, they had checked them the following day and I received payment into my bank account the second day after they had received the books. I thought it would have taken at least a few days longer, so I'm very impressed. Just take care to get the right amount of postage labels. I was one short when I went to the 'parcel shop' - fortunately, they were able to sort things out at the shop, but it will save you twenty minutes if you select the correct amount of postage labels up front! (That, though, was entirely my fault, and, as I say, all sorted out whilst I was at the parcel shop)”

“I successfully completed a trade to sell books on Webuybooks and received payment quickly . Everything worked well . However it took quite a bit of time to go through the books I had to find ones that were accepted and to get up to the minimum value required .”

“I found WeBuyBooks to be very good if you can find books that they will actually take. I found them to be very selective about what they will take and there’s no way of knowing in advance what is wanted. However, if you do get a box together, they are good about providing return labels and arranging for the box(es) to be collected from home. Payment was a bit slow because I asked for a cheque instead of bank transfer. In future I will ask for bank transfer. On the whole, they are pretty good but it did take me ages to find suitable books. I haven’t tried DVDs yet.”
