“Books eventually picked up by Evri after I phoned webuybooks twice to say they hadn't been been collected on either of the two dates indicated and agreed on the website. Also, only a small proportion of books are accepted. Then, at the end of the process, the value is not enough for me to "sell these items" and I have wasted my time.”

“Books seem to be worth more when you first start scanning a new basket then seem to scan for less. Pick up service is so easy. Great company who reply to messages promptly and are very helpful.”

“Easy to enter books and CDs on the app, see the value and submit to Webuybooks. Easy to print off labels and get parcels picked up. Takes a while to get info back and then to get a cheque but works well.”

“Sold some books and the process was very straight forward. Parcel up securely and post with the QR label they arranged. Then wait for payment. No problems. Only pain was that I had boxes of books that they had no interest in so at one point I nearly gave up as it didn’t look like I was getting anywhere.”
