“I didn’t receive my lid cover and ground sheet but didn’t open the hot tub for over six months as it was a present and you agreed to give me the ground sheet free if I bought the lid cover which I have and used the same method of payment PayPal you needed proof of purchase of hot tub it is PayPal could you let the relive that people know thankyou”

“Honestly can't rate high enough was a bit of a wait after ordering due to covid, but was worth it, the spas are excellent quality and pump assembly seems to be more efficient than some of the more expensive brands we had an intex previously, any questions we have had have been answered in good time just ordered a new filter which came really quick ready for the tub to be put out again for the spring/summer if we have one great service have recommended to numerous friends and family”
