“Best water collector I’ve ever fitted, easy to clean out the filter, water in the tank it’s nice and clean, all round great product easy to fit, however there is no instructions in my box but plenty of information online i.e. YouTube”

“The water butt, when it came was very easy to install and looks good. The main drawback was that the company's communication was awful, leaving me not knowing when or if it would turn up. They need to invest in their customer support more to make sure their primary source of income.”

“My first water butt was delivered but badly damaged and I returned it via the courier.After 1 week I had not heard anything so contacted the company direct. The lady on the phone was most helpful and arranged a replacement which I received the next day. Good study well made product and the pre drilled inlets were a surprise .good locking lid and sturdy stand.All ready and waiting for my partner to put in place next week. Not many items with a 5 year guarantee either. Excellent customer service and products.”
