“Very happy with my purchase and the items were delivered as advised”

“When I first ordered the water butt it was shown to be in stock. This proved to be untrue. I was assured it would be back in stock within a few days but it wasn't. It remained out of stock for about two weeks. I realise this was out of WBD's control as it was a supply problem but it should not have been shown as available when it wasn't. However Daniel did his best to supply the water butt and when it finally arrived I was very pleased with it.”

“Very pleased with the 4 x 700 Litre water butts as they fit perfectly and discretely under the roof of our car port and garage and are doing an excellent job of collecting rainwater. I was amazed how quickly they were delivered after ordering, as the website said 3 weeks and they came a few days after ordering. The delivery itself went very smoothly, with the driver calling me the night before and also 30 minutes beforehand. He was a very pleasant chapmwho had driven all the way from Lancashire to Essex that morning. He took all 4 water butts off the van and placed them very neatly on our drive.”

“Good product, well made. The positioning of the most convenient tap outlet is a bit odd, leaving a quarter of the butt's contents unobtainable, but nevertheless less a solid piece of kit. One star dropped because of the delivery. The web site said they would notify us of the despatch and expected delivery date. They didn't, it just turned up. Only by chance were we at home to bring it in.”

Hi, Thank you for the feedback. In answer to your point regarding the tap outlet being positioned a quarter of the way up the water butt - this is to allow you to place a watering can underneath it :) If it was placed at the bottom, there would be no way to place a watering can underneath it unless you used a stand.
