“Very pleased with the water butt and have fitted it into place without difficulty. I was a bit concerned about communication as I had to chase the order having not received it or heard nothing after 3 weeks. The issue was resolved very quickly after that however.”

“Order and delivery was very efficient. Only issue was the connection hose required the correct size drill bit. This was OK for me, but for some, this would require an extra purchase. Would be helpful to have this hole predrilled with a cover cap for the unused side. Not WaterButts fault, but the empty butt does not stand up in any wind and I’ve had to purchase strapping to tie it back to the house!”

“Pre ordered the butt and would have liked an email when it was dispatched. The rain trap instructuons were easy to follow but it was almost impossible to attach the hose to the rain trap and only slightly easier to attach it to the water butt.”

“It is what it is - a water butt, a stand, a tap and a diverter. Simple to install. It works well. If I was to ask for an improvement, I would request that they include a sealable hole in the stand that I could pour sand to add weight to the legs for stability and strength.”

“If we get enough rain to fill it, this butt should make all my vegetables better than they were in last year's hot, dry summer. I have difficulty in reaching the spring to open the lid as my fingers are not long enough, but a trowel should help.”

“Very prompt service & delivery. The slimline butts are just want I wanted. The only niggle was the tap seals on both leaked slightly. My husband fixed this issue by putting sealant round the joints, which seems be working so far. An easy fix so didn't report it.”

To accept the delivery, I had to stay in all day because it needed to be signed for and ETA was not available. As it happened, I need not have bothered because I found the water butt outside my front door. Someone had signed for it and spelt my name wrong.”
