“You need to rethink your couriers. This butt was delivered to incorrect address 3 doors down. Did not knock as householder would gave pointed out error. It had just been left at end of his garden. Husband located it but had to go outside in dark and cold. Delivery very poor.”

“I have a old blackwall water butt with a leaking tap. Got new tap from a few places but still leak. Asked the customer service of Water butts Direct and they found the right one for me. It is not expensive but there are very professional and asked for pictures of the old water butts and sort it out for me. Certainly will buy from them again if in need. I like good customer service with problem solving skills.”

“Very happy with the oak lookalike water butt. The quality is excellent & delivery was very speedy. However I have 2 very small criticisms. One, I would've preferred to have had the option to choose the type of tap supplied as I had to order an additional tap which could be connected to a hose. The only other query I have is whether the lid is going to collect a couple of inches of water on top of it: of course it's not rained since we installed it!”
