“Item arrived fine and customer service friendly, but was charged £51 to return item for a refund. Item was free to deliver and different couiers were used for the expensive collection. Can't help feeling that I have been overcharged for this return, even if item was fairly large. For this reason, I am very unlikely to shop here again.”

Hi, Please be advised the original item price does take into account what the supplier charges us to ship it. The £51 collection fee is the same costing as shipping fee.

“We bought the Metropolitan with planter 255l. It does exactly what it should do. We're really pleased with it. All the accessories were delivered. Nothing missing. The only tiny problem was that the installation instructions are a bit vague in relation to where to cut your drainpipe. Otherwise a great buy.”

“Really very pleased with the water butt. Never had one before and it's lovely using rain water from it rather than tap water. Easy to use nice easy tap and looks good. Does the job. We can't attached it to a drain pipe so we leave the lid off when raining and also collect it in rubber buckets to pour intonthe butt.”

“I have still not received my water butt, your courier turned up unannounced when no one was home, I arranged a date for re delivery but they turned up again unannounced on a different date again when no one was home, your courier now expects me to collect the item from their depot which quite frankly I have no intention of doing. If delivery is not made today which is the original re delivery date I shall be seeking full reimbursement of my payment and purchasing my water butt from another supplier!”

“As my water butt had to be sited around the corner from the rainwater pipe I needed almost twice the standard length connection than that supplied with it and, as the RWP is white, needed to match that with the replacement I bought from you. It is very complimentary and has already filled the 210 ltr butt. Perfect”
