“Product selection is great along with the prices but their downfall is communications. Accept an order then nothing for almost 2 weeks and a chase email went unanswered. Happy to take your cash but not provide the customer service that goes with a retail business”

“Solid looking water butt. Very prompt delivery. Thank you. Bought a smaller one of same make a year or so ago & pleased with that. This new one looked big when I unpacked it but it's fine & will be a good replacement for the old 20+ year one that was leaking. The stand was slightly broken where the stand pieces clip together. The broken off bit was in the packaging. It won't affect its strength & I've 'Araldited' the bits together - so it's fine. I'd buy from Water Butts Direct again.”

“The water butt was delivered on time but it is a square butt and they sent a round stand. The pipe from the drainpipe was far too short to be of any use and did not reach. So have i gone back to them. No Im fed up with poor service and have fixed it all myself. I will go elsewhere for the next 3 butts I am buying.”
