“Your big problem is using DPD for delivering. I received two text messages and two emails giving a time slot for delivery. As I had been notified I stayed at home for the time slot. But nothing turned up. No notification of any change. When I checked the DPD website the next day. It was reported that there was nobody in. The water butts did arrive the next day but at different times, as there was nobody in they were just left in the garden..packaging box damaged but waterbutt okay..”

“The pair of butts arived promptly but were left in the rain as I didn't see the email in time and had little warning. The delivery person could easiyl have pressed my bell. When I opened the boxes there was some water in the bottom which I think was there before as the boxes were well sealed. I left the boxes open for several days to dry. The pair of 168 litre butts look good, but we couldn't find any instructions how to use the downpie rain diverter.”

I've name my butt ( ermmm), Harold the Barrel. Amazingly Harold filled to the brim overnight during fairly light rain. I would use WBD again.”

“Solid looking water butt. Very prompt delivery. Thank you. Bought a smaller one of same make a year or so ago & pleased with that. This new one looked big when I unpacked it but it's fine & will be a good replacement for the old 20+ year one that was leaking. The stand was slightly broken where the stand pieces clip together. The broken off bit was in the packaging. It won't affect its strength & I've 'Araldited' the bits together - so it's fine. I'd buy from Water Butts Direct again.”
