“Unfortunately the butt I ordered (Harcostar 114ltr) was out of stock at time of ordering (I wasn't aware), and had to wait approx 5 weeks for delivery. Item arrived with slight dent in the base, hopefully will not affect use. Worse still though, I was not pre-advised when item was despatched, only received one hours' notice (by DPD) of imminent delivery, had to quickly re-arrange our plans for the day.”

“Ordered way back in March . I have just received my order, not Water Butts Direct fault for the delay, a manufactoring hold up. Just as well we've had no rain!. I'm very pleased with the size, fits perfectly under the window sill so I don't see it. Would buy again. Good comunication too, kept me informed.”

“Water Butts Direct are a good company, selling water saving solutions at a competitive price. Having already fitted one 'gutter mate', I purchased a furter two for the remander of the downpipes on my house. I find that thet work very well in managing the supply of rain water to water butts.”

“I ordered a lid for a water butt. My fault. I looked at so many adverts that I didn’t note that the one I ordered was 660mm and is therefore too large. I needed 550-600mm. The company didn’t make one around 500mm and my water butt has no markings/company names. Will have to keep a brick on top to prevent it flying off.”
