“We looked on Northumbria Water for a Water butt their site redirected us to Water Butt's Direct. Our Water butt arrived quickly the site was easy to navigate and after ordering we were kept up to date with the progress of our order. Our Water butt is huge and very attractive for a butt. The price was so much cheaper than other sellers too. Thank you Water butt's direct we shall be recommending you to friends and family.”

“Big shout out for customer service. I bought a 300L water butt over 2 years ago and it suddenly sprung a leak for no obvious reason. Literally within 1 week of contacting customer services a new replacement was delivered and the old one taken away. Excellent and heart warming customer service”

“The water butt was delivered on time but it is a square butt and they sent a round stand. The pipe from the drainpipe was far too short to be of any use and did not reach. So have i gone back to them. No Im fed up with poor service and have fixed it all myself. I will go elsewhere for the next 3 butts I am buying.”
