“Excellent service! Very helpful! Although I had to return the pictures ( I didn't realise how large they were!! ) It would have been nice to have a free return label? It cost me nearly £18 as they were soo big! Thanks! Margaret”

Hello Margaret Thank you for your review, and we are delighted you are happy with our service; this means a lot as a family-run business where customer service is at the heart of who we are. We are sorry these were bigger than you anticipated or wanted; however, we show in our listings, both in picture format and written description, the dimensions of the pictures. This was a gallery set of 5 pictures. We already significantly subsidised your original delivery, only charging a minimum and nominal fee; as we are sure you can now appreciate, the actual cost to us is considerably higher than what you paid for your delivery. We could offer free return postage; however, as we all know, nothing is “free”. So the price of goods would have to increase, and we would also have to charge the true & actual delivery cost. Passing this on to All our customers would be unfair, as returns are minimal. Regards Wallfillers Team

“Wow a great canvas that exceeded our expectations. We had a customised canvas made which fitted the space perfectly. Wallfillers arranged the delivery around our return from holiday which was great. Would certainly use them again.”

“Such a great customer experience. I wanted to purchase a portrait picture but wanted to hang it landscape. I emailed to ask if this was possible. I received a very quick response informing me this would not be a problem and they would change the fixings on the frame for me. Delivery was very fast and the quality of the picture and frame for the price I paid was amazing. Best customer service I have received in a long time. Will always look here first for future purchases and would highly recommend them. Thanks so much.”
