Purchase is perfect ,exactly what I wanted,however delivery charges are unfair and still feel I was grossly overcharged. I spoke to customer care who just jeot repeating the charge was automated and could not do anything about it. My issue was my del charge assumed I lived in the Scottish Highlands but I live in the Central belt. If I could have purchased the items elsewhere I would have.

Thank you for your Review, Tina. I have looked into this and noted that you queried this with our customer care team. They sent you our courier table and were very transparent. We do not hide these costs; we subsidise these costs for our customers. You are not "Highlands." However, your postcode is within a remote Scottish postcode area. The Courier advises this as a surcharged zone; we do not make up the charges! The courier sets the tariff. The cost was calculated based on your order of two large items, and the charge is actually subsidised based on what the courier charges us. We're happy for customers to arrange their courier collection if they believe they can have the items collected from us and delivered to them for less. We can only compete on price and value and hope our customers understand we do not make any money from the shipping or postage of these goods. We are sorry this disappoints you; this is not our intention. (As you say, if you could have purchased these items at our prices elsewhere, you would have!)

1000434630 Is my order number o love the picture but it failed to come with the hanging attachments which I understood were included. I have emailed but heard nothing? Needless to say it’s not hung yet… 😔

Hi Sam We would ask that you please check your junk mail. We received your communication Wednesday night and replied on Tuesday morning with a quick & easy-hanging solution. As advised to you in this communication, we do not advertise that we provide your fixtures; it is advertised "Easy to Hang : To Mount Only Requires a Simple Nail or Screw" You purchased a lightweight canvas & not one of our Large Framed pieces. Service and delivery was very good but I think the canvas print frames should have hanging points on the back. To just hang on a screw or nail is not very professional for a delicate canvas print

Well,the canvas was nice but not really what I wanted,the colours were actually pink and brown rather than all pink and grey,I emailed twice about a return as u can't return without doing this,they never replied, so you can't return or it won't be accepted back,I eventually found another place for it to go and kept it but wallfillers need to do better than this as it puts people off ordering in the first place,I won't ever order again,so it pays to answer your emails.enough said.

Hello Amanda Thank you for your review. We're sorry for your disappointment & have looked into this for you. Having searched your order number, your name and your e-mail address.; we have received no communication regarding a return, only your original order placed on 1st February. Regarding the item you purchased, the product may be called pink & grey. However, that is because they are the dominant colours; the background is watercoloured, and muted creams, browns and beiges can be seen clearly in the image as advertised. James from our customer service team reached out to you by e-mail this morning; please reply, and he will be happy to assist with your return.

Product was bowed out of shape and it would have been more satisfactory if we sent a replacement. We did receive a token payment of 20% off leaving us to use the damaged print. Would have been nice to have spoken to someone regarding this matter.

Thank you for your review, Trish Though somewhat bewildering & not wholly correct! Unfortunately, and though rare, your canvas did bow very slightly, for which we apologised. You mailed us & we responded: "We are happy for the item to be returned for a replacement or refund; Alternatively, we can offer you a 25% refund of what you paid for the canvas & you keep the picture as is." You had already used a discount code on the goods. This was a further 25%, and Not 20%, as you advise. Your response was: "Thank you for your mail, and I'd like to take you up on your offer of a 25% off the purchase price" If a replacement had been more satisfactory, why did you not opt for this? The decision was yours. We appreciate all feedback but prefer this to be truthful. Regards Wallfillers Team

Picture is really nice but no hooks or brackets were supplied. Based on the price of the picture and added delivery costs these should be supplied. I emailed wallfillers about this and got no response.

Hi Melanie & Ian Thank you for your review. We are delighted that you're happy with your Mustard yellow abstract print😀 We have checked, and other than your reviews, we have received no communication from you. In answer to your concern, you purchased a single frame item, which does not need a line or hooks attached. We would strongly advise against using string. You need to rest your frame on the top of a nail or screw, and this will sit flush to the wall; alternatively, we know command strips work very well too. It costs us over £10 to deliver this oversized item to you, the "extra" delivery you paid was £3.65! Regards, Wallfillers Team.

Swift delivery, packaged well. Picture and quality sound. However the frames could do with a little attention. Purchased three fabulous pictures. Inside the frames were slightly gapped, where they need bonding/pushing together.

We feel an item of this size, made here in the UK & delivered to your door in less than 24hrs of ordering, is excellent value for what you paid. However, we do have a no quibble return policy. And so we are happy for you to return the item and purchase what you can get cheaper & of the same quality elsewhere. We have not been advised of any issues with our templates and have this morning printed and checked against the image you ordered; all is fine. The service was quick and easy, while the quality of the product was acceptable and image colours were muted compared to the vivid images presented on the website, so slightly disappointing. I do think the items are over-priced for what they are and suspect the quick delivery bumps up the price unnecessarily. Afterall, if you shop at a site called Wallfillers, you probably don't want to waste too much money getting the items fast.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry there is an issue with your delivery; however, we have not received any communication from you other than this review on checking. We checked the courier tracking, and delivery has been attempted on three occasions, & this also advises that the courier e-mailed/carded (missed delivery notification) on all three occasions; this we can see to be accurate. So providing the e-mail address, you provided at the point of sale is correct. You should have received these notifications and re-arranged your delivery with the company; they can only hold items for so long, and it has been 10 days now, with no communication from you to them. Very fast delivery but very slow to issue refunds for returned goods. Understand it’s a pandemic but was very quick to dispatch so not sure why refunds could not be issued quicker.

Thank you for your review. We would first like to thank you for acknowledging our quick despatch, of delivering your item in less than 24hrs. When we received your return request, we did not reply that same day, and you returned without your order reference. After notifying us of this, you were advised that this may cause a slight delay in refunding, as there would be nothing for the warehouse to check this in against. We also advised the item has to go into a 4 day quarantine period on receipt of goods; it is in our best interest to ensure we protect our staff. We would appreciate your understanding under these circumstances. Our system shows this as returned on the 14th, it has been checked in & is currently with our accounts team.
