“I am very pleased with the service I received from Wallfillers. Good email communication, prompt delivery and my picture was well packaged and protected. However, the fixing brackets are totally inappropriate with regards to fixing the picture securley to the wall. I quote your instructions sent to me as follows: "The easiest and most effective way to hang these frames is to drive screws into the wall. Then rest the bottom of the sawtooth hanger on top of the screws to hang your picture perfectly". Just resting a picture on two screws is not, in my opinion, a very safe way of hanging a picture 153x97cms in size.”

Hello, Thank you for your review — we’re so pleased you’re happy with the picture and our service! Regarding the hanging, just to clarify: the frames come with proper sawtooth hangers fixed to the back. You simply rest these hangers on the screws, and the picture will sit securely. The sawtooth design also allows you to adjust it slightly left, right, forward, or backward to get it perfectly aligned. Of course, you can hang it however you like, but this is the method we recommend for the most secure and stable result

“Excellent service, Excellent value! We picked out a large, 1m2 picture and chose the framed canvas option. It was nearly half the price at Wallfillers than other websites so we weren't sure what to expect. However, we were very pleasantly surprised to see the picture not only arrive just a few days later, but also of incredible quality too! We will definitely purchase from Wallfillers again. Would highly recommend.”

“I was very careful to read lots of reviews for Wallfillers and I can join the club with adding the the positive experience. I ordered my two pictures on the Tuesday evening and they were delivered on the Friday morning. They’re great quality, better than I expected, in fact! “I sent the following message over a week ago and I am still waiting for a reply: I have just received my order and the upper corners of the picture are not of good quality. Appears that there has been no attention to detail which I would not expect reading the companies reviews. Not very good customer service!”
