Thank you for your review, Kate. You purchased a print of an old master’s artwork, not an original painting as you believed, though this was never advertised or implied. The size you chose is small and lightweight, qualifying for standard postage, which generally costs under £10. Your reason for returning the item was that "you thought it was a painting". The review appears to stem from being asked to cover the return postage, which, as with most online purchases, is the customer's responsibility. We always strive to provide excellent service, but we found your communications to be rude, entitled, aggressive, and, at times, personal, which made resolving the matter more challenging. We remain committed to transparency and ensuring our customers understand exactly what they are purchasing.
