The image size is ideal for over a bed. I was unsure whether to go for this size or the larger and in hindsight I could have gone bigger but I didn't want the image to be the dominant feature of the room but to be part of it. The colours in the image are not as vibrant as they appear on the website, so was a bit disappointed to start with but now I've lived with it for a bit, I'm fine with it, as blends in well with the rest of the room. I would definitely use Wallfillers again.

I am absolutely in love with my purchase! It has really elevated and brought together my lounge and given it a really expensive look. Customer service has also been fantastic. Very responsive and accommodating to my bespoke request. Delivery time was also very quick. Very happy customer

Item arrived damaged. Immediately contacted customer service. Generally you would expected some automated response on when you can expect a response ……. Nothing, I had to chase via social media …. Nothing. It was only when I raised a ticket with PayPal I received a response. Admittedly they have replaced the item for which I am thankful but yet again I am hearing Nothing …regarding the collection of the damaged item.

While we respect your right to leave feedback, Karin; We feel it is important to clarify the exact timeline of events for the benefit of future customers. We share your disappointment; however, our disappointment stems from expectations that were not aligned with the service provided. Expecting instant, round-the-clock replies is an expectation issue, not an example of bad service. Delivery Speed: Your order was received, manufactured, and dispatched on 11 June. As a gesture of goodwill, we upgraded your delivery to a next-day service at no additional cost. It arrived on 12 June, despite your selecting and paying for our standard 3–7 working-day service. Transit Damage: You contacted us on Friday afternoon to advise that the item had been damaged in transit. Our automated email system functions perfectly; we cannot account for why it may have bypassed your inbox. As this occurred outside our courier support hours, we addressed the matter on the next working day (Monday) and requested the necessary photographs. PayPal Claim: Before we could complete our standard resolution process, you opened a PayPal claim. As advised on Tuesday, we were unable to process a replacement while an active refund claim remained open on your account. Resolution Process: Once you closed the claim, we confirmed that same day at 18:02 that your replacement was being produced. The new item was manufactured, dispatched on 17 June, and delivered on 18 June. The Reality of the Situation: While we fully appreciate that receiving a damaged item is frustrating, transit damage is outside our control. Sending multiple, repetitive emails—many outside of our customer service working hours—does not allow an issue to bypass our standard queue or take priority over our other customers. From the date of your original order, the item was produced, delivered, a transit issue handled, and a brand-new replacement manufactured and delivered, all within 5 working days. We are pleased that you have expressed your genuine delight with the final product elsewhere, and we are entirely confident that future customers reading this timeline will see that our resolution was both exceptionally prompt and fair. So pleased with this wall art, it goes perfectly and is very well made. Delivery was very fast. The quality and finish is of a high standard and the frame makes it look a lot more expensive rather than it just being canvas.

We always aim to be as flexible as possible, which is why we gladly changed your incorrectly placed order after it had gone into production on 13th May, and prioritised its delivery as a gesture of goodwill. We always strive to go above and beyond to help our customers resolve ordering dilemmas. Regarding your return, our policy, in line with UK distance selling laws, allows for returns within 14 days of delivery, which provides ample time to view the item in your home. Because you contacted us 20 days after delivery, we unfortunately were unable to accept the return. Lighting and wall colours can heavily impact how artwork appears in different rooms, which is why we strictly adhere to this window for all customers. We are sorry for your disappointment, but we must apply our terms consistently and fairly to everyone

Very pleased with my purchase. Chose the Cornish Beach and so pleased went for the largest size - looks perfect in our lounge. Ordering was simple and was delivered in two days. Good contact re delivery, including a 2 hour time slot on the day
