Well,the canvas was nice but not really what I wanted,the colours were actually pink and brown rather than all pink and grey,I emailed twice about a return as u can't return without doing this,they never replied, so you can't return or it won't be accepted back,I eventually found another place for it to go and kept it but wallfillers need to do better than this as it puts people off ordering in the first place,I won't ever order again,so it pays to answer your emails.enough said.

Hello Amanda Thank you for your review. We're sorry for your disappointment & have looked into this for you. Having searched your order number, your name and your e-mail address.; we have received no communication regarding a return, only your original order placed on 1st February. Regarding the item you purchased, the product may be called pink & grey. However, that is because they are the dominant colours; the background is watercoloured, and muted creams, browns and beiges can be seen clearly in the image as advertised. James from our customer service team reached out to you by e-mail this morning; please reply, and he will be happy to assist with your return.

The canvas arrived, it was nothing like the picture on the website, poor quality and over priced. It has been difficult to return, costing me £9 to track delivery and still haven’t got my refund. The delivery was good though, that’s the 2 stars

In response, your canvas arrived only yesterday, 9th February; It looks exactly as advertised and will be checked back into stock today; we appreciate everyone's perception of value is not the same. We also understand the cost of postage as we subsidise your delivery costs, in this case, also upgrading to the next working day for you; thank you for the two stars of acknowledgement. As this only arrived yesterday, please allow us the time to put it back into stock and process your refund; you also purchased via Klarna, which may take a few days; we refund Klarna then they reimburse you.

Product was bowed out of shape and it would have been more satisfactory if we sent a replacement. We did receive a token payment of 20% off leaving us to use the damaged print. Would have been nice to have spoken to someone regarding this matter.

Thank you for your review, Trish Though somewhat bewildering & not wholly correct! Unfortunately, and though rare, your canvas did bow very slightly, for which we apologised. You mailed us & we responded: "We are happy for the item to be returned for a replacement or refund; Alternatively, we can offer you a 25% refund of what you paid for the canvas & you keep the picture as is." You had already used a discount code on the goods. This was a further 25%, and Not 20%, as you advise. Your response was: "Thank you for your mail, and I'd like to take you up on your offer of a 25% off the purchase price" If a replacement had been more satisfactory, why did you not opt for this? The decision was yours. We appreciate all feedback but prefer this to be truthful. Regards Wallfillers Team

The delivery was awful which I appreciate wasn’t your fault but I will not buy from yourselves again for that reason

Thank you for your review, Sheila Having looked into this, we fail to see the issue. You placed & we despatched your order on the same day & despite your selecting standard delivery, this was upgraded to Express next working day delivery. On your delivery date you contacted the courier & ourselves to say you work Mon - Fri 9 am - 5 pm, and for the courier to Leave Safe, this had to be authorised, & so your missed delivery on Monday was re-scheduled and left safe as requested on Tuesday. Still, earlier than had we despatched your selected and paid "Standard Delivery" option. We thank you for leaving your review, though we find it somewhat rude, given that none of this was ours or the courier's issue! Regards Wallfillers

I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase. The framing is excellent and delivery was really quick - it was delivered on Christmas Eve even though I wasn’t expecting it to arrive until after Christmas so it was a lovely surprise and enabled me to get it on the kitchen wall before the big day, and I received lots of compliments about it. Will definitely return to the Wallfillers website.

I had great customer service from Wallfillers, with prompt, friendly and helpful communication. Firstly in ensuring the panels arrived in time, and then regarding a return when it turned out they were to big for the space. The panels are beautiful too!
