I cant rate the canvas, as it was a present for a friend. But, I am not happy with customer team. They seem to be very cold in communication and a lil bit rude in my opinion. It would cost me around £50 to send it back, coz my friend said its not fitting in her house. Very cold communication. Will never buy again from them.

Hello Ana We apologise you felt the communication was cold. I have personally looked into this, and note you contacted us over the Christmas holidays; on returning to work, your return details was sent to you, to which you responded, "Hi, ok, it took time to hear back from you; what is the packaging weight and measurements, please? You should know that, obviously, as you sold it and shipped." These details were supplied with a note explaining the delay was due to the Christmas holidays with an apology. I fail to see what was cold or rude in our communication with you. Based on size and weight, the item you purchased should cost around £14 to return.

If I’m honest I wouldn’t rate it much at all. The only reason for the 2 stars is the visual looks as it did online but, it looks cheap although it wasn’t! The frames are twisted so a nightmare to hang without it popping off the wall! I reckon I could have went to homebargains or something and got better for at least £100 less!! Not impressed one bit. Definitely not value for money. I doubt I’ll be back unless something changes

Ordered on Fri 10th May package and received by fast delivery on the Monday 13th May in time for an event on 18th May. (Thank you for fast delivery - appreciated). I returned it the “next” day on Tuesday 14th May and was delivered back to them Thur 16th May (3 days after delivery, not 30 days) as per parcelforce tracking PA2821525 Found the returns and refunds slow and unprofessional. They said 14 working days. (Which equates to approx 21 calendar days including the May bank hol) They then gave me a specific date this 14th day would fall on which was yesterday - 6th June 6th June came and went - still no refund. They finally made the refund today - 7th June Not sure if they would have made it if I hadn’t chased several times. Running several online businesses myself, I understand how PayPal works. Refunds are processed on the same day your customer receives the refund confirmation. Not overnight. Wish you were as quick to prioritise the refund than you are to reply to reviews.

How disappointing that you didn't mention when making your purchase that you needed this urgently, didn't want to pay express shipping, and that this was upgraded free of charge as goodwill, so you received it in time for your event. ***THANK YOU for Acknowledging & REVISING THIS*** Our returns process takes "up to" 14 working days; this is advised to you & in the details of our returns process. You chased almost every day! Your refund was processed on the 6th, as advised, and your confirmation was processed overnight, so you didn't receive it until the early hours of the 7th. We're aware that refunds are processed immediately on PayPal (in most cases), but our system does not necessarily email you a notification of the refund; there is often a delay in processing the email notification. What an accusation to make. Of course, this would have been processed; returns and refunds are part of our daily tasks within the business. Having online businesses, as you claim, you surely understand how unnecessary and not wholly truthful negative reviews can impact you!

The canvas arrived, it was nothing like the picture on the website, poor quality and over priced. It has been difficult to return, costing me £9 to track delivery and still haven’t got my refund. The delivery was good though, that’s the 2 stars

In response, your canvas arrived only yesterday, 9th February; It looks exactly as advertised and will be checked back into stock today; we appreciate everyone's perception of value is not the same. We also understand the cost of postage as we subsidise your delivery costs, in this case, also upgrading to the next working day for you; thank you for the two stars of acknowledgement. As this only arrived yesterday, please allow us the time to put it back into stock and process your refund; you also purchased via Klarna, which may take a few days; we refund Klarna then they reimburse you.

I couldn’t find where to put Code to save the advertised 15%. I emailed the company to ask for the 15% to be refunded and explained what had happened. I sent this email again when I received no response and I’m still waiting for a reply

Thank you for your review, Christine. Having checked, we have yet to receive any communication from you against this order number. The discount code needs to be applied during checkout & before payment; we would not have been able to do this after. Had you reached out to us before completing your order, we could have advised you where to input the code; we cannot do this after the event.

I ordered a banksy canvas 4 piece set. Looks lovely in my living room. No issues with the wallfillers company. However as some advice for the company STOP using DPD. They are a useless company who cant deliver parcels to the correct address let alone deliver it within the time frame they set. If you used another courier I would rate 5 stars and order again. But with DPD involved I wont be returning

We are delighted you are happy with Wallfillers as a company and also that the item received looks lovely in your room. 👍 Though Sorry you had an issue with DPD We use 3 different couriers, and to be fair, DPD gets much more positive feedback than negative. We are sorry this was not the same for you. You ordered your item on the night of Wednesday 30th June, selecting standard 3-4 day delivery. Your order was manufactured and collected from us the next morning, Thursday 1st July. And DPD delivered this to you at 10.34 am on the 2nd of July; your item was delivered within 36 hrs of ordering. If this was not delivered to your address, this might have been left with a neighbour if the driver got no answer from your property. We apologise on behalf of the courier for your disappointment with them.

2 canvases ordered. 1 arrived and when running your hands around it, there is a screw sticking out, hasn’t gone through the canvas. But when contacting I was told I have to send a photo for anything to be looked at. To show the screw I would have to rip the canvas. Stupid!! Gave up in the end. Customer service is rubbish and product not 100% as how can you have a screw pretuding and not know. Not a great company at all. Will use another in the future

The set of 3 pictures do not line up properly, one of the Buddha's eyes and the beads around neck do not line up between the 1st and 2nd picture, very disappointed overall in comparison with the cost.

I purchased a World map canvas. I don't like it and think it looks very cheap. Delivery was problematic and unhelpful. I called to complain. I wasn't impressed with customer services.

We are sorry for your disappointment. however having looked into this, there is no log or record of a call; furthermore, had you called to advise you did not like your item, you are well within our timeline for returns. You would have been advised to put your return request in writing, and you would have received your returns reference by return mail. We have no communication from you in writing at all. We pride ourselves on customer service, and this goes very much against how we work, we are sorry you feel let down, please do contact us by mail, and we will be happy to supply you with the return details.
