“My picture came damaged , after emailing this company things will hopefully get resolved soon .”

Hello Kim We’re very sorry that your picture was damaged in transit. Our team has been in touch and offered you either an exchange or a partial refund. You requested the exchange for Tuesday, which indicates you love the picture and want to display it. The damage was due to the courier network and not a reflection of the product itself. Your exchange has been arranged for Tuesday as requested. Once you’ve received the replacement in perfect condition, we would greatly appreciate it if you could update or remove the review to reflect the resolution. “No issue with Wallfillers. However their choice of delivery company is unfortunately poor. APC continuously fail to deliver with no customer service or means if contact. Delivery rescheduled 4 times and this was a repeat from a previous order also. Not a coincidence. I actually think they only want to deliver to my area at weekends which would suggest lack of capacity. Communication etc and the artwork was absolutely fine with Wallfillers.”

“Pictures were great but a word of warning about the template - my three picture template drill holes ( or fitted hanging hooks were wrong so do check before drilling holes in your wall .”

“I ordered the set of 3 cream and black neutral large framed pictures and although they are very nice, they have more of a greenish colour than shown on the websit, so unfortunately not suitable for my needs. Not expecting this I had stupidly not read the returns procedure and because of their size it has cost me £33 to send them back. If you aren't too picky about colour shades then I would definitely recommend them. Delivery was very fast and I also had a quick response to my email regarding returns.”

“Pictures are beautiful and good quality My only problem was 1 of the 3 had black markings on it which the company said it was the artist drawing but offered to change it but declined as they said the others would be the same which seems odd but other than that they are so lovely”

Hi Denise, Thank you for your review; we were a little confused by your statement and looked into this. To clarify, you contacted us to request an exchange of a panel due to its having markings on it. We requested pictures and clarification on the markings to help resolve the issue. We asked for pictures and for you to clarify the markings so we could resolve the issue. Upon receiving your photos, we advised the following: Thank you for confirming these are the markings. These markings are part of the original artist's work and are visible on the listing. If we sent a replacement panel, you would receive the same, as this is how the picture is. Apologies for the misunderstanding. We were not offering a replacement; we were informing you that if we replaced it as you requested, you would get the same, as it is part of the artwork and the listing. I hope this clears up any confusion. We are delighted you love the picture and appreciate the quality. Thank you. Wallfillers Team

Hello Jean Thank you for your review. We supply hangers, these are fixed on the back of the pictures, ready to hang. The easiest and best ways to hang these types of frames are to put screws/nails (Your preference) into the wall, using your template (For multisets) as a guide. (The kind of hardware you use will be dependent on the walls you have in your property) Thank you Wallfillers Team
