“A beautiful triptych that really makes our home (Living Room - Abstract Set of 3 - Natural Grey Taupe Beige - XXL 212cm Wide). The hanging brackets didn't match up to the paper guide provided which meant another two holes needed in our wall, hence the 4 stars.”

“Stunning picture, beautiful print and quality but unfortunately it arrived damaged (not Wallfllers fault). I immediately contacted Walfillers and it was all resolved and sorted out quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service”

“The pictures are fantastic quality and look really great. Just one point is that having just one center bracket means that the pictures easily swing and need to keep being straightened, so to rectify this I used a flat piece of blutak at the bottom of each picture and this then held the picture in place and stopped it moving. Other than that they are perfect.”

“Ordered a set of three large canvass pictures and a single large picture. All look amazing and we are so happy with them. I only gave a four star because there was no template included in the package of prints I emailed wallflowers and they were so quick to answer I was very impressed. They said they would get it out in the post but two weeks later and many emails I still haven’t received it so we’ve done our best and hung them how we thought they should go. I can’t fault the company with the quickness the prints came. I would still recommend them and hopefully you will get a template”

It does state yellow & the advertised image is predominantly yellow. We have a no-quibble return policy; this can be returned for an exchange or refund. “Speedy delivery Unfortunately the item was not suitable so had to return. Helpful customer service but having to pay a significant amount to return the item and then have to wait upto 14 days for a refund would prevent me from ordering again.”

Thank you for your review, Christine. We apologise that our service did not satisfy your expectations. We understand that return postage can be a contentious issue. We subsidise all original delivery, despite product quantity or size, only charging a minimum & nominal fee; as we are sure you can now appreciate, the actual cost to us is higher. We could offer free return postage; however, as we all know, nothing is "free", and our margins as a UK Manufacturer are very slim, so the price of goods would have to increase, and we would have to charge the actual delivery cost. Passing this on to All of our customers would be Unfair, as returns are Minimal, so we decided Not to increase the price of goods & keep our prices Competitive. You purchased on the 20th, your return request was on the 24th, and we received it back on Friday the 26th; this has been a bank holiday weekend, and we're just back at work. We only "advise" that you allow up to 14 working days for your refund; it has yet to be a day! We will ensure your refund is processed by the end of the week. Team @Wallfillers

“Very happy with the picture and the service. The only problem was that the hanging template was wrong and the hole drilled for the right side picture had to be filled and a new one drilled about 2 inches to the right.”

“Lovely canvas. But will not be using Wallfillers again due to the courier company they use. A very poor service and did not deliver twice when I was told it was out for delivery. Wallfillers have also not responded to my complaint about this.”

“I’ve got no issues with the product but the delivery was terrible. The product was at the carrier on 10/12/22 and was not delivered until 19/12/22 with their tracking not being updated. I paid £3.65 for this poor service and will not be making any further purchases from you if you are still using this carrier.”

Thank you for your review, Barry. We, too, are disappointed that your item was late; as you stated, this was despatched by us on time. We upgraded your delivery to express the next day. Unfortunately, you ordered when we got the sudden adverse weather conditions, your area being worse affected, as well as the Royal Mail strikes; this is putting all other couriers under immense pressure. These things combined meant things got pushed back; unfortunately, one of those things was your order. This is rare, and we are sorry. We are, however, delighted that you are happy with your product. “Fabulous picture, packed well and delivered quickly. Only downside is that there are no hooks or loops on the back, which made hanging a bit awkward.”
