“I’m absolutely delighted with my purchase. The framing is excellent and delivery was really quick - it was delivered on Christmas Eve even though I wasn’t expecting it to arrive until after Christmas so it was a lovely surprise and enabled me to get it on the kitchen wall before the big day, and I received lots of compliments about it. Will definitely return to the Wallfillers website.”

“I’ve got no issues with the product but the delivery was terrible. The product was at the carrier on 10/12/22 and was not delivered until 19/12/22 with their tracking not being updated. I paid £3.65 for this poor service and will not be making any further purchases from you if you are still using this carrier.”

Thank you for your review, Barry. We, too, are disappointed that your item was late; as you stated, this was despatched by us on time. We upgraded your delivery to express the next day. Unfortunately, you ordered when we got the sudden adverse weather conditions, your area being worse affected, as well as the Royal Mail strikes; this is putting all other couriers under immense pressure. These things combined meant things got pushed back; unfortunately, one of those things was your order. This is rare, and we are sorry. We are, however, delighted that you are happy with your product. “I purchased one item to see the quality which was to my great satisfaction. I ordered another 5 various photos on canvas. 120X60 (3 panels). They are of excellent quality and look absolutely great. Arrived on time and had great communication. They tell you when it is dispatched and when it will be delivered. Will definitely use them again. Can highly recommend this company to anyone and I don't think one will be disappointed”
