“very poor quality. very badly painted Would not recommend buying from this company. You have to pay postage for returns which is costly due to size and weight.”

Thank you for your review, Kate. You purchased a print of an old master’s artwork, not an original painting as you believed, though this was never advertised or implied. The size you chose is small and lightweight, qualifying for standard postage, which generally costs under £10. Your reason for returning the item was that "you thought it was a painting". The review appears to stem from being asked to cover the return postage, which, as with most online purchases, is the customer's responsibility. We always strive to provide excellent service, but we found your communications to be rude, entitled, aggressive, and, at times, personal, which made resolving the matter more challenging. We remain committed to transparency and ensuring our customers understand exactly what they are purchasing.

“Absolutely love this picture, different and goes so well in my new updated sitting room, only negative is one of the corners of the painting not tensioned like the other three sides and "hangs" in the frame. Overall the packaging and delivery first class.. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a quality product, I will be buying again from Wallfillers.”

“Really love my art work. I bought 2 large pieces and they look great in my hallway. Packaged well, easy to hang ( on my own ). No delivery dramas. Covered up a light switch in the hallway that we don't use. Perfect!”

“The pictures are fab however the template not so good. We followed it fully but ended up with the last of the 3 pictures not lining up correctly. Thankfully my husband managed to measure and re drill a hole to fit final picture in the sequence”
