“Pictures are beautiful and good quality My only problem was 1 of the 3 had black markings on it which the company said it was the artist drawing but offered to change it but declined as they said the others would be the same which seems odd but other than that they are so lovely”

To clarify, you contacted us to request an exchange of a panel due to its having markings on it. We requested pictures and clarification on the markings to help resolve the issue. We asked for pictures and for you to clarify the markings so we could resolve the issue. Upon receiving your photos, we advised the following: Thank you for confirming these are the markings. These markings are part of the original artist's work and are visible on the listing. If we sent a replacement panel, you would receive the same, as this is how the picture is. Apologies for the misunderstanding. We were not offering a replacement; we were informing you that if we replaced it as you requested, you would get the same, as it is part of the artwork and the listing.
