“I bought the sliders to go on the bottom of my new patio furniture,as the furniture was marking my new hardwood decking, in truth these haven't worked as well as I hoped, the rubber part the slider keeps coming off of the washer and leaving the screw to dig in as it rubs over the gaps between the decking boards, this could be down to the design or the application I'm using them for”

“Most Helpful, For a very small order they went out of their way to be helpful with a follow up call, advice and when I called in on them unexpected they dropped what they were doing just to help me - impressed! The product was also just what was needed. Terry Kinsman”

“Needed some tube inserts and feet for angled legs on an old office chair. Was delighted to find Vital Parts could offer lots of specialist help for this amongst all the other parts they supply. Was able to visit their warehouse unannounced and Harry was immediately able to locate a suitable replacement for me. Mike was only too pleased to assist and advise too. How nice to find such great personal customer service in this day and age. Well done. Ray Fishman”
