“Needed a few small parts to repair chairs. Thought ordering from Great Britain was a stretch, but as parts not available in US, I went ahead. Parts arrived within the week. Fit perfectly. A bit extra for the shipping, but really not excessive. Turns out the world is a small place. Thanks!”
