“Customer service at Vital Parts is nothing short of excellent. I was struggling to get the right adjustable feet replacements for my 20mm hollow tubed patio chairs. Ellie sorted out the right size inserts, issued a returns label for the ones that didn't fit and dispatched the correct size. They arrived quickly and I was able to knock the new inserts in gently with a rubber mallet, screw in the M6 adjustable feet. Result is perfect. Thank you, Ellie and Vital Parts.”
