“I was very impressed with Vital-Parts who displayed a high degree of customer service. Firstly they provided a free sample, followed by personal contact by telephone. Checked on the order which arrived within a few days and was perfect for my requirement. Well done Vital-Parts, a well earned 5* rating”

“I ordered on Christmas Eve and the goods came just in the New Year - excellent service. A great range of plastic feet and I managed to get exactly what I wanted (the website was easy to navigate) at a good price. I have no connection to the firm and I'd be pleased to recommend them”

“Found the item to solve our problem through a search on Google. Vital Parts came up and they had such a great variety of products. Very good communication once the order was processed over the Christmas holiday period. Perhaps would have appreciated knowing that they were closed as I would have saved myself the £12 cost for next day delivery!”

“good products, our dining chairs now glide easily on a wood floor instead of collecting dog hair on felts and dragging. Friendly emails to keep up to date with order progress, and quick delivery - even over the Christmas period. (I was expecting a longer delivery time .. ) What's not to like?”

“I ordered the wrong parts, and rang them to tell them that I did and they went through the sizes with me what I needed, and told me to send the wrongs back and they will send the correct ones out. Mike Holt who I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. I will be ordering from Vital Parts again. Many thanks for all your help.”

“I had been looking for a certain product to replace 'felt type' self-adhesive pads which were placed on the feet of all our furniture to prevent scratching our new Amtico flooring, and finally I came across the Vital Parts product range. Vital Parts screw-on, Teflon glides were just perfect and available in different sizes too, plus they are really good quality products and very reasonably priced too. Nice and easy to order and delivered quickly, in good time with standard delivery charge. Thanks Vital....”

Orders are dealt with quickly, are packaged well and arrive very promptly. I am full of admiration for 'Vital Parts' and would recommend them to anyone.”
