“Found the item to solve our problem through a search on Google. Vital Parts came up and they had such a great variety of products. Very good communication once the order was processed over the Christmas holiday period. Perhaps would have appreciated knowing that they were closed as I would have saved myself the £12 cost for next day delivery!”

“good products, our dining chairs now glide easily on a wood floor instead of collecting dog hair on felts and dragging. Friendly emails to keep up to date with order progress, and quick delivery - even over the Christmas period. (I was expecting a longer delivery time .. ) What's not to like?”

“I had been looking for a certain product to replace 'felt type' self-adhesive pads which were placed on the feet of all our furniture to prevent scratching our new Amtico flooring, and finally I came across the Vital Parts product range. Vital Parts screw-on, Teflon glides were just perfect and available in different sizes too, plus they are really good quality products and very reasonably priced too.
