“I ordered 20 x PVC round end caps CAP142 size 76.2mm x 12.7mm on the 24 May and received on the 27th May CAP 145, 20 x 76.2 x 38.1, the wrong size. I tried phoning the sales dept. first thing on the 28th May but was cut off three times. I then phoned customer service who promised to find out why I had received the wrong items and that they would email me that day to let me know the reason why and when I would receive the correct size. I had to wait until 1 June for a reply, only to be told that size I required was out of stock and they would email to say when they expected them to be back in stock. I am still waiting! I have found their web site to be very slow, waiting minutes for the screen to update, difficult to contact the sales department, and promises from the customer services department unfulfilled.”
