“I needed stoppers for a couple of water butts (for holes from old fittings) and, with a bit of gentle persuasion and cursing, the bigger plugs fit perfectly. What I like is the choice of sizes - generally not so common these days.”

“I ordered some caster towers for my office chair, to replace the caster wheels. Dispatch was prompt, and the prices were more than acceptable. There was a £10 minimum order, so I had to add on a small item but this was a minor issue. The items supplied were 10mm not the 11mm that I needed, but Vital-Parts' customer service was very good indeed as they posted me the replacements without any hassle, and I received them the next day. The true test of customer service is when things do not go quite right. I am very happy with their service.”
