“Confusion on availability of the items ordered and out of stock after order was confirmed and payments taken. Had to settle with replacement items which was part delivered and still waiting for the remainder to arrive. Not great service and very slow!”

“I unfortunately miss read the line drawing and when the parts arrived were too small. I contacted customer service and within minutes the problem was solved. The lady on the phone sorted out which size I really needed and all I had to do was return the incorrect parts. Just waiting now for replacement parts and job done. Great customer service no fuss, no argument just dealt with, great!!!!”

“Looking for something to fix to the bottom of my timber posts that formed an arbour, so that they would be off the floor, and so keep rotting to a minimum. Searched "furniture feet" and one of the sites that came up was Vital Parts. contains all of the little stuff, but necessary, little fixings, clips, and in my case screw on feet. Easy to navigate and reasonable prices delivered promptly.”
