Helpful Report

“Finally found one stop for all the items that I needed to finish a project, great service, prompt delivery and when I called with a question, I spoke to someone helpful straight away. Based on my first experience I would highly recommend Vital Parts.”

Helpful Report

“Not sure what parts were best to replace casters on an old armchair, so I ordered a couple of different types. Both would have done the job, I fitted one of them and it seems perfect. A really good selection to choose from and I got helpful advice too from the chat.”

Helpful Report

“Great Service. Items not in stock and an alternative was quickly offered. Swift Delivery.”

Helpful Report

“Such a simple part I needed but couldn't find anywhere until I came across Vital Parts. Very fast and efficient delivery and part was just as expected.”

Helpful Report

“Excellent service - arrived as expected. I give 4 stars only as I really wanted just 5 castor wheel cups for my single home office chair now residing in the garage on a concrete floor, but useful to sit on when putting on gardening boots without rolling away. However I can see why I needed to increase the amount of my order to 15 as each item comes at quite a small price. Obviously the extra ones will be kept for use as spares or to pass on to others requiring such "vital parts" ! We were so pleased to solve the problem by finding your website.”

Helpful Report

“great product just what we were looking for fast delivery would recommend”

Helpful Report

“Easy handling, no fuss. Ordered the parts I needed and it came packaged neatly and arrived on time”
