“Queried 2 sizes of square metal tube end plugs for Community Centre chair feet. A sample of each size was sent, and I could confirm that I had chosen the correct size using the guide information on the website. Ordered the required number, and they arrived within a few days, and I was able to ensure ALL our chairs had plastic feet and didn't scratch our Community Centre's expensively renewed wooden floor over the Jubilee weekend, and on into the future. Keeping the details for future use!”

“Shocking and slow customer service. Parts ordered not in stock, even though they showed on thier website. Wasn't contacted until the due date of delivery, even after paying extra for expedited delivery. No contact on the day the item should have been dispatched! Took a further 3 days to get the substituted parts.”

Good Afternoon Colin, Thank you for getting in touch with Vital Parts regarding the order placed in April. Please accept my apologies for the delay in getting the goods out to you, I can see the order was placed dated 19/04 and dispatched dated 21/04 taking two days for dispatch and then additional time for them to arrive. This is outside of our usual turnaround time and can advise this was due to a staff shortage in our warehouse. “Wow...now this IS service. Placed order (first of many I hope) with VP. Received a call from a very helpful assistant (Emily I think) who advised that certain parts were not available and provided guidance on alternatives. These turned out to be just fine. All products were of excellent quality and delivered very promptly. Finished the job ahead of schedule making me and my customer very happy.”
