“Brillient, caring and friendly customer service from Rachel Village Heating customer service team called on Friday night to report boiler fault and she arranged appointment She was excelent and so was the engineer HIGHLY RECOMMEND VILLAGE AND THANKFUL HYDE ARE USING THEM FOR REPAIRS GOD BLESS YOU RACHEL AND VILLAGE HEATING”

“Nico and Gavin were very helpful and friendly they both did an amazing job and carried out the work professionally. I was given instructions how to use the control panel. Nico was absolutely fantastic 100% service provided”

“Nico and Ashton did a great work in replacing a new boiler. An unexpected problem arose and Nico moved mountains and had the patient of a saint to make sure I could enjoy my new boiler with no issues. They were to able to find out where the issue was and solved it. I much appreciate the efforts from Nico and Ashton - they are super stars and shine brightly. Thank you Nico and Ashton! “Gurjit came Friday afternoon and fitted a new diverter valve new room thermostat a digistat. He was very tidy left no mess and as always was very pleasant. He has completed the job and I am very happy. 5✨️”

“Thank you Rachel for all the support you give me when you come to our office on a weekly basis. Nothing is to much trouble for you and the way you take escalation calls from our tenants is truly awesome you go above and beyond !! “Very nice installer the only issue is that the surveyor never told me about the boiler bing installed on my tiles and boxing in needs to be done on all pipework”
