I had a good experience until the past month when it has proven impossible to book the paid (platinum plan monthly payments) annual gas boiler maintenance. My calls are directed repeatedly to a voice message recorder OR calls simply do not go through . Emails are ignored or past contacts seem to have left. Online messages on the website also ignored. Very poor customer service
