“Joining the scheme hasn't been smooth!Despite several attempts my on line Application Form would not submit.I then submitted an email copy.I waited in vain for an acknowledgement, which I didn't receive until I contacted UK Healthcare. I was told a welcome pack had been posted - this has yet to be delivered! I see my cover started 14 days ago. I hope that should I need to claim in future the process will be more efficient than that received so far!”

“Very good service. Just started a dental plan which I think is very good value and provides peace of mind. Had a query recently regards a receipt but they were quick to respond, help and resolve. All great so far!”

“I love the fact that you can claim back the cost of annual family health expenses and the process is really easy. The refund is back in your account within 48 hours. I have increased my cover to level 3 and the fact that my children get the same level of cover is great. I also opted to add on my husband. As a family we have benefited from dental, optician, acupuncture, prescription costs and hospital day case.”

“I have had help and reassurance from various Customer Care Coordinators over the years. Telephone always answered promptly and in friendly tones. Online claims are promptly acknowledged followed by timely payments. Should a problem arise they happily help clarify and sort it with me. Thank you”
