“I feel cheated by this company. There is no point of paying any premiums when you can’t even claim the simplest amount for dental services. What is the point for having a dental insurance policy when you can’t even claim. Is this for reaping people off and making money out of ordinary people who are struggling to make ends meet?”

“A rather protracted delay (3/4 business days) between completing on-line application and receiving any form of acknowledgement. Interim calls to provider to see if application had been registered also drew a blank response.”
