I've subscribed to the UKHealthcare plan for my wife and myself and think since I've been able to make a claim by post the plan is great, as previous you could only make a claim online and for me it was a struggle. I would imagine people make claims for all sorts of medical problems, ours at present are just dental and to be reimbursed through the plan makes it worthwhile with rising costs for most treatments.

As part of my employers perk we get a basic cover. I upgraded to level two and the benefits are pretty good. Level three is what I see waste of cost against payouts. Usually process is straightforward once a few procedure in claims is worked out. Recently I have had a few issues which maybe down to new staff. Still worthwhile to me to just ask what is missing and sort it. I have workmates who are not particularly computer or email literate and they do get frustrated at the claims process. On the whole personally I am happy with the service.

I didn’t seem to take the photograph rate of the receipt, but nobody got in touch with me so I had to email them myself and apparently they couldn’t see my name but I wish they got in touch with me and then we could’ve sorted it out

Really good scheme to cover a wide range of healthcare costs (depending on cover level). Submission of claims is a pretty straightforward website form, and apart from the odd query to the team around policy limits (which were all answered/resolved pretty quickly), I've had no problems but only benefitted from it!

Prompt and efficient service. It would have been helpful if you had explained, when you paid my last claim, that you were only sending partial payment as I was within my limit of £500. That way I would not have had to asked the question. I am aware the conditions are stated in the policy but it is not that clearly explained.

I have always been able to send a photo of my receipts and never had a problem. Something has changed and now the photos have to be converted to PDF or JPEG! Not an easy task for a 70 year old. Other than that I have never had an issue with my claims

Staff very friendly and helpful 5* Good communication. Payments are swift. The only downside is the online form which can be a little clunky. Recommended.

after my initial application for a cash benefit plan was "lost" online because of technical difficulties, Sara was quick to respond providing me with a hard copy application form which he then processed and backdated to my initial application.

Happy with the prompt service for increasing my service level. However I was initially told the claim could be made 6 months after the service date, when the paperwork states 3 (which is what I understood anyway).
