“I'm a new client and have been extremely impressed by the attention that was afforded to me in setting up my policy. The process coincided with some extremely difficult circumstances in our family, as a result of which I missed a crucial timescale for setting up the policy. Liaising with the Senior Lead, Deb Grimshaw, was amazing because she was understanding of my circumstances and helped me find a practical solution to setting up my policy so that it's just what I need. I shall be very pleased to stay with UK Healthcare on these first impressions! Naturally, I've not encountered making any claims, although I remain confident in that based on my first experience.”

“I tried to claim for the first time for a £25 dental check-up. Only to have my claim refused. I provided a receipt etc. But, No it wasn't good enough. They wanted a receipt with my name on it! My dentist don't provide these. After about 12 emails between myself and UK Healthcare I was no further forward, so I gave up! I have had this policy for sometime now, so you've taken more than enough money from me to cover the £25 bill. I feel like I have been ripped off.”
