Re:Policy number 71743 I am no longer able to claim my costs back from the dentist as they have increased their prices slightly. Unfortunately I will have to leave the scheme and cancel my payments from now on. Thanks.

I set up my account and the first direct debit payment was taken, but I never received a welcome pack or membership details. When I contacted customer service, they couldn’t even locate my account. I cancelled my direct debit, and only then did they send me a notification complete with the account number they previously couldn’t find. Very disappointing experience.

Poor service, this company did not reimburse my claim. They were happy taking my premium but couldn't reimburse my claim.

Computer says no approach to claims. There is minimal guidance on how to make a claim. If its not perfect as they want, you just get rejected. They do not reach out to ask for clarification, and do not allow the opportunity to clarify, just close the claim.

I feel that I have been mis sold a policy that hasn’t covered my dental treatment. I would not recommend this policy at all to anybody as it doesn’t take into consideration the challenges that people have in getting g dental treatment under the NHS

Due to a system that lacks flexibility and common sense I've been out of pocket twice so might have well put the money towards the gas bill this will save wear and tare on chattering teeth

I inadvertently submitted a claim outside of the claim period and was notified of this by e-mail. I subsequently queried what the claim period was in the same trail and been made to jump through hoops for GDPR reasons. It might be an idea to hightlight the claim period on the e-mail notification in these instances as it would be more time efficient and customer responsive. Poor service.

If you forget to put the receipt in for your dental treatment, and it’s over 6 months , even though they’ve taken your money every month they will not pay you for the rest of the money … Absolutely ridiculous and disgusting! What a waste of my money !!!

Generic details listed under benefits table makes it unclear what will and will not be reimbursed when submitting a claim. Cost of treatments have risen along with inflation however claim amounts have not. Generic replies from company with no details provided. Beyond Dental check ups and Optometry no real benefit to having policy. The different levels of cover don't make any difference what is covered under the policy.

Emails received from Debra Grimshaw were rude, judgemental and offensive. I have a corporate plan and was simply trying to understand all the terms and conditions/restrictions before upgrading to Level 2 of membership. She implied that I was 'playing the system' and that I did not understand what an insurance policy was. So, from wanting to upgrade to Level 2, I then decided to cancel and go to another provider after such AWFUL customer service. I work in customer service and it's about trying to assist the customer and accommodate their needs wherever possible, not tell them they're stupid. Well, lost business for UK Healthcare!

Gary’s check up was a NHS check up & the hygienist is now obviously now private. So surely the check up is refunded to me!

Received an absolutely pointless reply that ignored the fact I had already said I hadn't received the payment.

I am not sure if this company is deliberately losing claims, reject or pay less than the allowance, in order to make more profit; or if they’re genuinely this incompetent. Almost every claim is a mess or has problems that when resolved, all end up being admin error. Very frustrating to deal with.
