I am a 75 year old, not very computer savvy. Craig contacted me because I had not sent a receipt which didn't have enough information. He dealt with it punctually and patiently. Reassuring, even by email, I could communicate with a real person. Thank you

I emailed with a query and was surprised when I got a phone call. The young man explained my questions perfectly and said he would pass my email to another department who would check my payment. The next day I received an email from them confirming my payment and offering further help if I needed it.

Easy to use, quick service and great staff who are always helpful with queries. A customer portal where you could look at your current annual claims/benefits left would be really useful to have.

I have tried to claim twice and both times it has been near on impossible to make a claim. Online form not working, refusing to pay saying I have not met criteria even though I have. Meaning I had to spend lots of time appealing etc. This company is a scam, do not use

Can't fault the service. Keep receipts, get invoices and claims go through fairly easily. Only issue I had was my fault, trying to claim for an appointment I'd paid for, I just hadn't actually had it. Money in bank within the week

i am deeply unhappy that i am unable to claim when i pay in every month, the timescale was out of six months as my teeth was fine a filling had come out and this is why i visited the dentist very unhappy
