“They would not accept my receipt without my name and address on it and when I went back to the opticians and got them to send it as requested they then said you can't send personal details by email but that is what they had asked for!”

Where further proof is needed, (I have noticed they have become more stringent with this as of late), I’ve been able to provide it and the claim was accepted. Payment has always been swift.
