I have had my insurance with Bolton hospital Saturday for many years. Always had good service back then and now, too, despite having to do the claim on line ( my lack of digital skills) I rang today spoke to Reah 27th April 2026 to ask a question. This lady was absolutely wonderful, helped me such a lot, and messaged me back with her findings. Thank you do very much Reah you have made my afternoon.

The dental work carried out was not private work, it was done through necessity and to alleviate pain. So don't understand why you wont pay my claim. Extremely disappointed and considering cancelling my plan. I'm not a vain person and quite frankly dislike the dentist immensely, and only get treatment deemed necessary. I hope you reconsider and pay out my claim

I sent a claim off and apparently they needed 2 receipts,visa and dentist one ,so a week and half later money hadn’t gone in so phoned .Was told about 2nd receipt,so I asked why nobody had contacted me to tell me! Said they had emailed but nobody has emailed or phoned ! Simple quick phone call nowI have to wait another week before money goes in !

I had an appointment for an emergency filling & paid under impression I could claim it back on my dental plan,but was refused as it was a private treatment not nhs…if I knew this I wouldn’t have joined in 1st place BIG CON
