“Brilliant customer service. Enquiries answered quickly and effectively. Communication is excellent. Had level 1 policy now for 12 months through employer and made claim for dental treatment and optician. Claims process is straightforward and payment received within a few days. Gives peace of mind that at least essential check up costs are covered for these.”

“I am frustrated because my dentist said I needed to see the hygienist in their practice which I did, when I sent my claim in, I was told it was private and I was not entitled to claim. Over the years I’ve only made check up and filling my costs claims!”

“If I could give Mark Shaw 5 stars I would but I have to look at the overall service so on this basis could only give a 3 star review. Mark was the final person I spoke to regarding my query and was able to resolve things immediately, unlike the 2 calls I had to make previous to speaking to Mark, where I was told issues would be resolved but they weren't. Thank you Mark for your efficiency.”

“NHS would of taken 2 weeks for tooth to be taken out. Dentist offered private treatment for NHS patients instead of the wait. Now I cannot claim anything back. Why pay for a policy you cannot claim on.”
