My 83 year old wife has had two spinal decompression operations. A doctors referral letter stating the she will need periodic Reflexology treatment to help with the pain. The referral letter also stated that her condition will only deteriorate as she gets older. Because the referral letter is dated 2014, Uk healthcare are now saying that Referral letters must be renewed every two years. This means she will have to pay a doctor to re write the same letter. This is just not acceptable.

I would like to thank the Customer Service Advisor for his efficient and prompt responses to emails when a recent dental claim was pended for further information and will shortly be processed.

From the moment I first telephoned to join the scheme I have been treated with kindness, politeness and lovely service. All staff have been most responsive, and my claims have so far been dealt with without fuss. (With regard to the question below about how we communicated, I include both telephone and email; however it was not given as an option to tick both).

The initial response received from a member of staff confirmed that they would process the request. However, the latter part of their email stated that they were unable to process the claim. It would appear that the use of template wording is not sufficiently reviewed prior to sending out responses, as I can only assume that I received part of someone else's email reply at the end of my email. Not very professional. There also seems to be some disconnect between the human and automated side of this organisation. I submitted my shop receipt and till receipt yesterday and, today, was advised that they were unable to pay out because they had not received both parts of the receipt. I have not used this service before and, so far, am not overly impressed by the level of service; it appears that your systems do not synchronise well with the humans in your organisation. I would have awarded three stars but, for what should be such a simple process, I have experienced unnecessary complications.

After sending in a claim, Nicola emailed to say not all the information was there. I sent the information but did not receive payment. After a phone call this was quickly rectified. Thanks

Problem with my receipt not being in full. Craig dealt with the matter after I had sent a new full receipt . It was my fault that I had forgotten to request a full receipt on leaving the chiropodists and I thought details of payment would have sufficed. However all dealt with quickly and professionally in the end , thank you.

Extremely poor experienced! Easy to set up a police but rather difficult to claim. Without doing any investigation Craig Matthews advised that my first claim is not covered. Despite never contacting the dentist for any information. Made subsequent calls to be shouted at and spoken down to by numerous male staff! This company so far have charged more than my claim cost of £65 but it had been a nightmare thus far. Extremely distressing and disappointed in the service received.
