“I was in hospital in spain ,I was on a ward overnight and discharged the next morning having had rests and then seen the cardiologist in the morning before I was discharged, surely the fact the paper work is in Spanish is not my fault, so is the policy not fit for purpose abroad ? Thank you”

“I was misled by the advisor that I would get a refund after my treatment. only to discover that there were conditions that I should not have any teeth problems for at least 12 months. It cost me over £300 plus I paid for the month plan of £11. Only to find I could I could not get any refund”
