“unimpressed by the service to date - having tried to contact by phone and email around qualifying period without response or success as an initial enquiry as part of the application; queries were around relevant treatment and how that is defined since it implies a specific health/medical term not for routine prescriptions: applying 13 weeks across all benefits makes it impossible to claim during this period so how is the premium charged explained/justified during that period?”

“Good, fast and helpful communication from staff when you ask a question. Easy to get hold of a real person to talk to. Good dental insurance if you think you might have an issue but otherwise quite expensive if you are just having one checkup a year.”
