“Initially there was an error made by Deborah the customer service agent who confused my details with a relative however, I spoke to a very efficient and helpful chap called Andrew, who quickly resolved the issue and then processed my claim in minutes - very impressed!”

“I’ve had a tough time 3 times now I’ve submitted a claim and it hasn’t went through. I’m not happy with the service and have proof I’ve sent them with screen shots and photos yet nothing ever comes of it”
