“It is variable whether the website works when making a claim. So I made a dental claim via email. This worked well but only gave 4 stars (apart from that I would like to be able to use the website when I need to) as it took sometime to receive an email acknowledgment which I requested. All good though in the end.”

“I am so disappointed with this service , during COVID I could not see my dentist for 2 years , and I still paid my monthly payment during this time , I have submitted 4 claims since and not been paid out on 3 ,I am going to cancel my policy and go else where , I am going to request a full refund for the time I paid during COVID and see what happens 😡”

“So lovely and thoughtful. I've had my dental insurance with these guys for 4 or 5 years now, possibly even longer. Always helpful, quick to react. Would definitely recommend and once my children are old enough to need to pay for a dentist, I'll be adding them to my policy too.”
