“I made an enquiry recently and the response was very quick, polite and helpful. When submitting my claim I found the system easy to navigate and am now hopeful of a quick payment direct to my bank account. Brilliant so far thank you to Deborah Morrey In customer service.”

“Previously had great experience over the past 7 years, prompt processing of claims and great communication. Recently I’ve had claims for treatments that are covered by the policy rejected. This has never happened previously despite the treatment being the same and using the same GP referral note.”
