I needed to process a claim for a routine, annual optician check up but there was an issue with the name on the receipt. This was handled promptly and efficiently by Maxine Pennington and I was very grateful. Excellent service.

I was struggling to fill in the online claim form. I don’t think it’s user friendly enough. Then someone emailed me requesting to send them details so they can complete the claim. I’m so pleased they did as won’t know how to do it. The best service by far Mile, there’s always someone getting intouch to help when needed. Thank you so much

Had a slight technical issue with an invoice, emailed customer service and received a response after 2 minutes. Issue resolved. Thank you to the team and to Sara for resolving the issue

Slight technical issue with a claim and a lack of communication proved extremely unhelpful. Contacted a customer service executive who arranged a same day contact call. The caller resolved the issue in under a minute, for which I’m grateful. Still unsure as to why there was a problem but many thanks to Lisa and Nicola

Very easy and simple to fill out the online claim forms. My caim was settled the same day supported information was provided. East and simple insurance policy would definitely recommend

I've subscribed to the UKHealthcare plan for my wife and myself and think since I've been able to make a claim by post the plan is great, as previous you could only make a claim online and for me it was a struggle. I would imagine people make claims for all sorts of medical problems, ours at present are just dental and to be reimbursed through the plan makes it worthwhile with rising costs for most treatments.

I wanted to change my Dental insurance from NHS to private. The friendly lady Lisa made the switch so easy it was done in minutes. The price of the plan was very reasonable too.

Emails received from Debra Grimshaw were rude, judgemental and offensive. I have a corporate plan and was simply trying to understand all the terms and conditions/restrictions before upgrading to Level 2 of membership. She implied that I was 'playing the system' and that I did not understand what an insurance policy was. So, from wanting to upgrade to Level 2, I then decided to cancel and go to another provider after such AWFUL customer service. I work in customer service and it's about trying to assist the customer and accommodate their needs wherever possible, not tell them they're stupid. Well, lost business for UK Healthcare!

As part of my employers perk we get a basic cover. I upgraded to level two and the benefits are pretty good. Level three is what I see waste of cost against payouts. Usually process is straightforward once a few procedure in claims is worked out. Recently I have had a few issues which maybe down to new staff. Still worthwhile to me to just ask what is missing and sort it. I have workmates who are not particularly computer or email literate and they do get frustrated at the claims process. On the whole personally I am happy with the service.
