“The dental work carried out was not private work, it was done through necessity and to alleviate pain. So don't understand why you wont pay my claim. Extremely disappointed and considering cancelling my plan. I'm not a vain person and quite frankly dislike the dentist immensely, and only get treatment deemed necessary. I hope you reconsider and pay out my claim”

“I sent a claim off and apparently they needed 2 receipts,visa and dentist one ,so a week and half later money hadn’t gone in so phoned .Was told about 2nd receipt,so I asked why nobody had contacted me to tell me! Said they had emailed but nobody has emailed or phoned ! Simple quick phone call nowI have to wait another week before money goes in !”

“I had an appointment for an emergency filling & paid under impression I could claim it back on my dental plan,but was refused as it was a private treatment not nhs…if I knew this I wouldn’t have joined in 1st place BIG CON”

“My enquiring was greatly explained and l did understood clearly .Also was adviced of the correct address .Advice too what l need to explain to the dentist to get the correct statement of the receipt explaining the stages he did as l paid the certain amont of money.l just want to appreciate the lady who served me she know her job.Well done .”

“Had my teeth cleaned by a hygienist privately after a NHS check up, I expect not to be paid out for the hygienist but expect my NHS check up paid. They will not receive another penny off me. Avoid you may as well do a dental plan, thanks Unison another pocket liner, they’re not getting another penny off me either.”
