“I struggle with poor internet and am therefore forced to use a postal service to send in my claim forms, which is equally unreliable. I discovered that some forms sent out earlier in the year were not received and I had passed the 6 month deadline, albeit only by a few days. Fearing the worst, I rang up to explain and was helped by Nicola, who very kindly went the extra mile to help me claim back treatment costing in excess of £70. It is so unusual these days to be treated like a human being, but happily on this occasion, I was treated with sympathy and understanding. Thank you Nicola”

“I think it would be better to insert your bank details just the once rather than each time and also a summary balance of what you have left in each pocket, ie dentist, opticians. I do not find it overly user friendly. I think it is really good for the quick turnaround of having the money back in your account ,just could do with a few tweaks in other parts.”
