Sadly it has taken me 13 days and several phone calls to get the claim for my eye test paid.

I was refused my reimbursement due to late claim. I find very unfair. I have never missed my payments ever since I joined the policy. Therefore I will not be able to continue with the policy

I am new to UK Healthcare through my place of work, so I am still working out the processes. Its all easily done on line and there is good support when needed. After a little false start I was able to get up and running and I look forward to having this benefit when and if needed for peace of mind.

Not worth the cost. Private cover costs more than NHS, private treatment costs more than NHS, but I can claim back much less than if I was a NHS patient. Rip off

Usually good service. Claim forms usually go through fine, but you don't receive any confirmation that the claim has been received, so you kind of just have to wait around for a couple of weeks before contacting the team. You can contact them to ask if they recieved it too. Recently, tried to use the online form to claim on my dental plan. I did everything as normal but the form just wouldn't submit. Tried changing internet connections, browser, devices, cities (yes, cities), and it still wouldn't let me upload my receipt (.jpg and .pdf formats tried). When it does upload, I press the "submit" button, which then greys out and switches to say "processing". The form never submits. I was advised to fill out the paper form and post it back, but I would not be reimbursed for the postage. I asked if I can email the form instead, but apparently emailed claims forms are not accepted.

A little disappointed after being with this dental insurance company. Seen the dentist for treatment on NHS but the insurance refused to settle my claim. Reason given was that I had dental treatment privately. Finally had to resend claim and it got paid off .
