“Been a policy holder for 20 plus years and upon checking my bank statement Septembers direct debit wasn’t taken . I queried and was told my bank said the direct debit had been cancelled . LIE I only cancelled the direct debit yesterday the 17 th September so it was indeed active on the 1st September”
