“I contacted UKHealthcare because of a mix up where I thought my claim had not been acknowledged. I received a reply the same day and was made aware of the missing emails which i then discovered in my spam mail. I have to admit that UKHelathcare had acted with integrity in the process of my claims but that the emails were missing from my normal inbox.”

“Be careful with this company's policies - they refused my claim even though the reset period had passed. It seems that you're only allowed to claim every 15 months rather than every 12 months as they say in their literature.”
