Initially my claim was delayed as a member of staff asked for further receipts which I sent directly to him. However my claim was not processed by the same person and after nearly a month I had to telephone customer services. The claim was then dealt with very efficiently by Nicloa and the claim was authorised. Unsure why my claim was delayed.

since corvid doing things on line is becoming the norm fine when everything is yes and know! Companies think you have all day to sort out a problem. I wish, (although the way some people do seem to be able to walk around with a pone stuck to there hand most of the time makes you wonder.) Then down grade and remove there staff accordingly. Not here, when things have cropped up I got on the pone and very shortly was speaking to someone who understood my problem and was able to sort it out very quickly. One chap advised me on how I should approach the dentist who kept offering me private alternatives and it worked. I have given 4* to say 'keep people in real jobs to maintain good service to there customers.

Claims are processed really quickly, and any queries are resolved by efficient and friendly staff. The only improvement I can see is that the money could reach your bank quicker than the current 3-5 days

It was my first claim and initially was refused as it had been more than 3 months since commencement of treatment, I disputed this as I had explained due to Covid was unable to complete treatment for 10 months and enquired previously about claiming and was advised treatment had to be completed prior to claiming. With thanks to Carl Stickland this was resolved quickly and efficiently and proved there is good customer service.
